Quickstart
If you want your first Alfrada session to feel sharp instead of generic, use this sequence.
1. Frame The Job
State four things:
- the goal
- the input material you have
- the tools or data sources you want used
- the exact output you want back
Quickstart prompt pattern
I need help with [job to be done]. Use [files, data sources, or tools] and produce [exact output]. Prioritize [quality bar, tone, audience, constraints]. If anything is missing, ask me only the highest-leverage follow-up questions. This keeps the agent outcome-oriented while still giving it room to ask for missing context when needed.
2. Add Context Early
- Upload files before asking for analysis.
- Connect external accounts before asking for workflow automation.
- Mention the audience for the work product.
- Say whether you want speed, depth, or a draft for review.
3. Use The Right Mode
- Use regular agent mode for most focused tasks.
- Use
Swarmwhen the task benefits from parallel roles, review loops, or decomposition into sub-problems.
4. Watch The Work Panel
The work panel is where useful artifacts surface:

5. Save Repeatable Patterns
When you get a workflow right:
- turn the prompt into a playbook
- keep example outputs
- add a demo video later if the workflow is important to your team
Recommended First Jobs
- Ask for a market brief with sources.
- Upload a CSV and ask for a cleaning plan plus cleaned output.
- Ask for a presentation outline with slide-by-slide story.
- Connect a data source and ask for a recurring scheduled task.
