Playbook Library
Playbooks turn successful ways of working into repeatable operating patterns. Each page groups copy-ready prompts by domain and shows how to get the best version of the output.
In the product, playbooks are not just static docs. They are part of how Alfrada works. When Intuition is on, the system can scan available playbooks, open the one that matches the job, and use it as working guidance — so you don't have to remember the recipe every time.
Before You Start Any Playbook
These five principles apply to every workflow in the library.
- Provide constraints, not magic — Give explicit parameters, context, and boundaries. The tighter the frame, the better the output.
- Name your deliverables — Always specify the exact output format: Markdown memo, structured CSV, 10-slide deck. Never leave it vague.
- Ask for continuity explicitly — If the job started earlier, tell Alfrada to search history and pull the relevant context forward.
- Separate chat from artifacts — Keep chat for steering and revision. Let the Work Panel hold finished assets.
- Codify your success — When a workflow works, save it as a Playbook so you never redesign it from scratch.
How To Use These Playbooks
- find the pattern that matches your job
- swap in your own files, sources, or connected accounts
- tighten the output format so the deliverable is explicit
- iterate in follow-up turns instead of restarting
- save the final version that works for your team
