Approvals & Credential Prompts No Longer Crash Mid-Flow

A long-standing bug that could kill a conversation the moment it asked you to approve a tool or connect an integration is fixed. If you ever saw the agent freeze (or the page error out) right when an approval card was supposed to appear, that's what this fixes.

What this stops breaking

• Tool approval cards ("this session wants to use [tool]") now always resume cleanly.
• Integration connect prompts (the OAuth hand-off) now always resume cleanly.
• Inline credential capture (the new modal) now always resumes cleanly.
• Share preview and claim flows flow through the same plumbing and now resume cleanly.

When you'd notice the difference

You used to see the chat pause right as it was about to ask for an approval, and instead of the card you'd get an error or a dead stream. Retrying sometimes worked. That shouldn't happen anymore.

Heads up

• If a session got stuck half-approved, you can resume it. Open it, trigger the same approval again, and it should go through cleanly.
• No action needed. Fresh sessions automatically use the fixed path.
