Tool Library — See What Every Tool Really Costs And Does

April 18, 2026

The Tool Library used to tell you that a tool existed. It now tells you what each tool can actually do, when to reach for it, what it costs, and a prompt you can paste. Every entry comes from the live tool catalog and the real source — no marketing copy, no invented features.

What's there now

  • All 49 tools have their own entry. Specific operations, filters, modes, limits, and resolutions — all pulled from the code, not paraphrased.
  • Pricing on every entry. Each tool is labelled with its band — free, scraper, media, video, studio — and there's a reference table at the top of the page.
  • Three sections per tool. What it does (capabilities), When to reach for it (concrete scenarios), Try asking (a copy-ready prompt).
  • Excel presets in plain English. What each preset (questionnaire, comparison matrix, executive report, tracker, financial model, dashboard) is for, and how content is split from layout.
  • Image Lab and Video Lab parameters spelled out — resolutions, aspect ratios, optional grounding, image-count limits.
  • Speech voices and acting styles named. Alfred and Ada, with six acting styles to choose from.
  • The integrations section explains gotchas in depth — channel resolution, personal-vs-work accounts, attendee formats, image-URL allowlists, attachment flows. The kind of detail that used to live in support tickets.
  • Why a tool isn't responding. The four conditions that gate availability — session, plan, connection, Safety Center — explained once at the top, so you stop having to ask.

When you'd reach for the library

  • You're about to ask for a video and want to know the duration cap before you prompt. Skim Video Lab — answer's at the top.
  • You're picking between Image Lab and the Presentation tool for a deck cover. The library tells you the aspect ratios for one and the export targets for the other.
  • A Google Slides deck was silently dropping your image URL. The Slides entry lists the exact allowlisted domains and points you at the local Presentation tool when you need a generated image instead.
  • You're a new user trying to understand what your plan actually includes. The pricing-band table at the top, plus the band tag on every tool, makes it scannable in under 30 seconds.

Try it

  • "Open the Tool Library and tell me which tools are free on Community versus paid."
  • "I want to generate a 30-second narrated explainer. Which tools should I chain?"
  • "What's the difference between LinkedIn Profile Lookup and the LinkedIn integration?"
